Using the site
Reading the guides, using the planting calendar, and following links to products is free and needs no account. You may print pages, quote short passages with a link back, and share the URLs.
The guidance is general
Planting windows, soil temperatures, and problem fixes come from published horticultural sources and are written for home gardens in general. Your soil, slope, shade, and microclimate can move a date by weeks, and a diagnosis made from a description is a starting point rather than a certainty.
Follow the labels and the local rules for plant protection products, fertilizers, and power tools. Nothing here replaces a licensed professional for structural, electrical, or tree work.
Weather data and third-party services
Forecasts, soil temperature, and alerts come from Open-Meteo and, for U.S. locations, the National Weather Service. Those services can be late, incomplete, or wrong, and a planting call built on them inherits that. Check the sky as well as the screen before you commit a season to it.

Content and reuse

No warranty
The site is offered as it is, without a promise that it will stay available or that a page is free of errors. Weather services go down, crops fail, and a guide can be out of date until it is re-checked.
Limits on liability
GrowerBuddy is not liable for a lost crop, damaged plants, or a purchase that did not work out, to the extent the law allows.
